Research and academic psychologists use the scientific method to study human thoughts, feelings and behaviour. Applied psychologists apply the results of that research for the betterment of humanity at the societal, policy, program, organizational, group, family and individual level.
Psychologists analyze human development across the lifespan and are an integral part of the education and health systems in this province. Psychologists in independent practice contribute to the well-being of individuals, families, organizations, and communities throughout Newfoundland and Labrador.
Psychology is for everyone!
